May be another day for them "Magic" nos.

Brandons Beach was a strong play in today's 3rd race and, OF COURSE - being a no. 6 hoss, the rest of the magic had to follow. Decent enough tri for such a short field and thanks to the no. 3 "magic" to complete the it's odds made the tri pay off well enough for such a short field.

Always give those nos. a second look but NEVA just continually play for the magic to hit cause it has to come to YOU.

Don't forget, 1-2-4 is the other one for trifectas; that one is ESP. good for two turn waces. Nos. 1-2-6 are getting VERY close to being on the "magic" list for tries. Zackta magic has always been 2<->6. All M.N. are to be boxed.

Next playable race is the 5th. Top picks are the 8 and 9. Obviously, no magic to play for this race.

Happy to report (LOL) that things are starting to look like them good ole days again. (We gotta see how long this lasts though cause I've been this route before and it proved to be quite short-lived).

There was ONE L@@KER in the just completed 4th race and, YEP, it was no. 7, Hallie Brooks, Flew down the stretch to git dat cash @ 7-1.

In this 5th race, gotta check out no. 6, a horse I've always liked who turned sour lately. Been freshened up a little and I gotta check her out now.

No excuses for that no. 6, but just relaying what I saw... either she had absolutely no early pace or the problem was the terrible jockey she had on her back. She came down the stretch very well and today may have been a tuneup ... for her next wace? Hmmm.... may be!

Also, I do expect her to do better on a fast twack as well.

Finish was 8-9-6. She paid $4.20 to Show in this small field of entries. Tri returned just short of 60 bucks.

VERY rarely pick something like this but teliman can tellya about the few I did pick in the past... BIG BALLOONS.

Still 2 minutes to post and I'll be giving a chance to no. 4 a 30-1 M.Liner whose now going off at better odds
BTW the only other one I like in this 9th race is no. 10 whose at a stinkin 12 to 1 right now. LOL
