Making A Change?

I know this is random but in the past couple of years I've put on a decent amount of weight and picked up some horrible habits. I'm wondering if there are any other fellow madjackers that would be interested in doing some sort of "Make A Change" challenge or group?

About 3 months back I had a panic attack from work related stress. I work from a home office and for the most part its work, work, work, and family. I need to do more if I want to live a full long life.

I'm 28 years old, 6 feet tall, and 307 pounds. I used to be the most active guy but now even the thought of doing stuff tires me out sometimes.

Is there any else out there that feels that way? I love life, my family, and what I do I'm just in a bad spot. A spot where if I keep going down this road it won't end well.

Well I guess this post was more or less to get some stuff off my chest and see if there other people in this community that are going through this or a similiar ordeal.

If your interested let me know or ask jack for my email.

You have to identify what you are depressed about and kick it in the nuts.

I'm thinking it's the weight you have gained. I'm getting there myself since I quit smoking and will knock it all off next year. No sense even trying during the holidays.

Cheers, bro!

Thanks guys. I think the biggest thing is I become complacent and go back to bad habits which include horrid food. I really need to change it. I will keep you all updated. When you look in the mirror and hate what you see thats when you have to act. Should have a long time ago before

Sorry. I need to type slower. Meant that I should have taken the time and taken care of this before it became a problem

actually, it's pretty simple for you.

limit yourself to 1300 calories per day for 1 year, you will lose 70-100 pounds. guaranteed.

you'll drop 50 pounds in 5 months or less.

NO CHEATING :nono:

If you excercise you will lose more.

Do something simple first like taking a walk early in the morning or when you have a break from work, this should get things in the right direction.
