Yep. From my good ol' hometown. Grew up with this kid, and I can say that this is not going to be a shock at any level to anyone. This kid was an absolute loose freaking cannon since the age of 5.

It begs the question...why not castrate sex offenders?

Without the sexual drive there would probably be less offenses. I'm sure people would say it's inhumane...but what is more inhumane? Letting a child get molested or a girl get raped by a known sex offender, or the loss of genitals due to one's own actions.

From my little understanding most sexual assaults have little to do with sexual drive and more to do with the feeling of controlling and dominating someone else.
