Golf in Arizona sometimes can be dangerous. The desert southwest is known for rattlesnakes, scorpions and coyotes. It?s also known for cactus. Check out the misfortunes of this golfer at one of the finer clubs in the Phoenix area.
For those of you who do not know, those are jumping cholla cactus, a type of cactus that actually clings to you if you get to close. And, as you can see, is going to be pretty painful to extract. I guess the guy?s buddy wanted no part of helping his friend. So calling the fire department and having a big pair of pliers is the next best thing.

I got attacked by one in Phoenix. Locked the back of my hand and my arm together. Needed pliers to separate and some of quills got all of the way under the skin.
