Absolute shocker that Hoyer is named the starter over Manziel.......:0008.........Hoyer beats out a media sensation that spent most of the off season partying, thinks he is back at TX A&M and can do whatever he wants........Looks like another first round bust QB drafted by the Browns(see Brady Quinn and Brandon Weeden)

too slow and too small lets say goodbye to johnny football

too slow and too small lets say goodbye to johnny football

he is not fast enough. the finger is coming out in every game he plays. he was a great college player who will never be a great nfl player. it happens all the time. with his lack of speed he better be a great thrower and reader of defenses. i dont see him as a great thrower. hes not only too slow but he's too effn small. if he gets to play i cant see him staying uninjured for long. won't get into the personal stuff, just evaluating what i see from him on the field i can't see him lasting very long. unless RG3 learned to read defenses in the off season dont see much hope for Washington. he doesn't know what he's looking at most of the time.

he will have plenty of time now to learn the things lacking in his game..

probably the FIRST TIME IN HIS LIFETIME he will NOT BE A STARTER in any game he ever played in..

very interested to hear the schuttlebut that comes from him watching these games and not playing a single down..

note**** there has been no talk of his playing any other postion or any talk of split time..

thus...if Hoyer starts this season off playing well...

JFF will be a spectator ..limelight boys don't be digging that action..

we`ll revisit this when rg3 gets "comeback player of the year"(and I hate the skins with a passion)...you think that`s a stretch in a division in which dallas has no defense and the giants are coming back from rigor mortis?....

I don`t...I expect rg3 to really silence the haters....

we`ll see....

?Let?s stop beating around the bush,? Theismann said, via The Washington Post. ?Kirk Cousins has played much better at the quarterback position than Robert Griffin III has. Now, Robert is learning to work out of a pocket. He doesn?t look as smooth or as comfortable throwing the football. I mean, your eyes will tell you everything you need to know.
?It?s going to be a decision that Jay Gruden is going to have to make,? Theismann said. ?Right now, Robert Griffin III is his quarterback. Now, if there was a quarterback competition, it wouldn?t be a competition. Kirk Cousins would be the man I believe he would have to go to, because of the efficiency with which he has run [the offense]. Now Kirk, like I said, is basically a drop-back quarterback. I see Andy Dalton in Cincinnati, I see Kirk Cousins that way. ??
