March Madness on Internet HELP!

Never had a problem last year. Signed up as VIP member over a month ago. Got in no problem yesterday, screen opened up for video, clicked on game I wanted to watch and nothing happened. Made sure I had the latest Java and Flash updates on my computer. Would not work on Firefox or IE. I've rebooted several times and still nothing. Any suggestions?

I had the same problem.... I thought I had some kind of pop-up blocker that was preventing it, but never could figure out what was wrong.... Hopefully someone can explain what we're missing....

LOL!!! no, I just turned on the TV, but I was wanting to watch one of the other games yesterday when CBS was only letting me watch GTown blow out Belmont. :com:

everything popped up just fine for me but i wanted to watch the maryland game and the message i received was "this game is blocked out in your area" or some shit. WTF??

i didn't try any other games. i'll be tuning in today for the early games and will report back what happens.

That's not the problem. I've got pop ups turned off. The video screen opens and you have the menu along the right side to click on which game you want to watch. Nothing happens when we click on a particular game. :shrug:

It never gave me the option. to choose a media player.

I never got a chance to choose a media player...and i have checked the pop-up blocker and it is turned off.... :shrug:

then log out and log back in and start over. you should see the option to select your media player. that must be the problem, your puter doesn't know wtf to do. lol

it was on the left hand side before you select your game.

maybe right click where it should be playing will give you an option?

I finally figured it out.... RollTide, Jack is right about choosing the media player, but i never saw the option until I figured out that my Norton's had a separate pop-up blocker.... I had the Explorer pop-up turned off, but Norton's was still blocking the video.... After I turned that off, it worked fine.... Hope that this helps.
