was talking to an old pot-head bud of mine who lives out in cali....he signed up for medical marijuana when it was first legalized out there...I asked him what excuse he used....he said he couldn`t remember....

in the Sixties we screamed for legalization..
now that this half-ass way of doing is here..
the thought of stoners operating machines...doing medical procedures and driving around town scares the hell out of this 20 years former stoner..
well we are all getting what we ask for..
Self- medicators with yet another habit to bring to work....

I smoked roughly 2 joints a day for 27 years & was very much for it's legalization for most of those years....
Now I am very much against it for pretty much what OS wrote....
I wonder if I'm the only one on this website who has never smoked (not even once not even a puff). I can't noW because of obvious work/drug testing and never wanted to when I was a kid.
I have a lot easier time with stoner patients than I do with alcoholic patients. Alcoholics face so many more problems than pot smokers. I'm ok with making the dispensaries like in CO, CA, NV legal in all states. It doesn't bother me if somebody wants to smoke, and like I posted, I would rather them smoke a joint than drink in excess. Medicinally, it's probably a wonder drug.

I haven't smoked weed in over 30 yrs. Legalize it & tax the fuk out of it just like cigarettes. It will at least get the criminals out of the pot business.
Count me as well! I don't really drink either! I wish I was not introduced to Carbs!!
