If hospitals wern't stealing from us ( that you already agreed they were in billings)
then they wouldnt have to worry about regulation. When you start charging 2800 dollars for a precedure I can get in texas for 500 dollars then something is wrong.

I understand the free market system. And the burger at Mickys may not be as good as a ten dollar burger. But if your relating that to medical care, then getting ten stitchs in your head could cost you 150 dollars in one hospital or 450 dollars in another. So your argument would be that the 450 dollar stitch up would be better in some way ?

medicines themselves are shooting through the roof now as overhead in legal fees pile up....
no doubt hosptials, even when getting sued, find a way to make up for it and then some with the legal ramifications

Medicare payments .........= 1,000.00
Receivables in one day......= 1,499.00
Insurance company

With 8 weeks vacation the Dr would still pull in

Instead all we hear is about how many hours the surgeon is working. Funny how thats one of the few things that cannot be verified as Drs don't punch no time clocks.

you spend time about an hour in the OR but there are also pre op and post op things to do
all these insinuations are really unnerving and you would probably get your ass kicked if you threw these in a doctors face
you get about 20-25$ per patient you see after costs are deducted...sometimes less than that
and a surgeon will likely see 10-15 patients per day in a clinic
i dont know where you dream up these numbers but they again show that you are either ignorant or just a fool
