hey brother.....hope all is well....man,i hope this isn`t that monday night game where the books bury the public with one of those "cherry-on-top" monday night epic upsets...i believed (before the season started) that with wentz the colts would become a contender but they`ve had so many injuries to key personnel(wentz chronically hobbled,nelson,hilton)......they do have talent on that roster and i still believe that given that the titans are wildly erratic, they may still make some people nervous if they get healthy and wentz develops a rapport with the offense...
that said,i just don`t see it tonight...our passing game is looking "different"(in a good way)...prosche and duvernay are actual wrs(not the usual combine wunderkinds with no wr skillsets they usually draft)....and i`m hoping they don`t give up on bell...i saw a flash or two last week....his pass catching alone should be enough to keep him "active" and part of the rb rotation...
i see a bad night for the colts here..the ravens seem to be on an uptick...this thing sets up as a potential ugly mess for the colts(lamar likes to grind struggling teams into the dust and pad those stats)... but who knows?...
i have more than a little tied up with the ravens in teasers and moneyline par kickers(and that alone could sink the ravens).......i don`t bet very much but ,for me,this one would be sweet....we`re getting healthier(with the exception of the o-line) and jackson is on a roll....weather`s been overcast but relatively cool(for this god-forsaken city..hitting the mid-to upper 80`s in mid-october later this week..still humid...why are we still here?...lol)...still,should be a great night for football..
i think the forecast for the colts here is blacker than the Earl of Hell`s waistcoat...(famous last words)
