Not sure you are implying that the stimulus package is the reason for the decline of crime in Balt.. It seems like crime has been on a steady decline since 2003.. Long before the Obama Stimulus money.. If anything violent crime has simply leveled off since then.

For 48 years the left has run the city.
I believe the school system is spending about 17k a year on its students which is second highest in the country.
Democrat Elijah Cummings has been in Washington for 33 years but how has he improved the city? I am sure about 95 percent of blacks( who vote) vote for him every election.
Over 50 percent drop out rate in school.
High unemployment among young blacks.
Mayor and Procecutor are black.
9 out of 15 City Council members are black.
About 60 percent of police force are black.
Billion of dollars in federal money have been given to the city but as far as I can tell unions are the only ones benefitting.
3 out of the 6 cops charged and railroaded with Freddie Gray's death are black.
Isn't about time to stop blaming others for the failings of this city?
The lack of black fathers in lives of black children is the problem.
Uncle Sam has proven not to be the solution.

So you're saying it's the black people that are to blame?
I'm curious if you've ever been to a small town in rural Kentucky where there are very few blacks.
There are plenty of meth labs, high school drop outs, missing teeth, prostitution, crime, welfare and food stamps for everybody. The minute they get some of those nasty ass negros you're talking about though, holy crap that place is going to go straight to shit. Good thing that the resident white trash won't let them no good coloreds anywhere near one of their trailer parks.
