Scott,

Since you got on this early, you've got a hell of a shot at a nice juicy middle.

Just sayin'

BOL KOD

I guess I would say the middle of what:shrug:

Bobby Bobby always the jokster.

The line is 4 1/2 ....(-110)now as we speak.

I just heard from my sources in the locker room that Joey Harrington has thrown up his breakfast and his lunch.

When asked what the matter was, all Joey could mutter was these words.....

Strahan and Osi Umenyiora, thats whats the fawking matter !

1) E. Manning
2) 75% betting public on the G-men

These are the two significant factors that will lead me to either take the home dog or pass on the game. GL to all tonight!

sorry Bobby middles scare me
......................................................

ATLANTA (AP) - Donovan McNabb was sacked a dozen times by the Giants. Joey Harrington might want to consider taking out some extra insurance before Monday night's game against New York.

The Atlanta Falcons' quarterback will be protected - he can only hope - by a
banged-up offensive line that has two new starting tackles, including
undrafted rookie Renardo Foster, who'll be responsible for Harrington's
blind side.:scared :142smilie :142smilie
Foster fell into his first career start when left tackle Wayne Gandy went
down last week on the next-to-last offensive play of another Atlanta loss.
Compounding the problems up front, right tackle Todd Weiner will be out
several weeks after arthroscopic knee surgery, handing off the job to
second-year player Tyson Clabo (who wasn't drafted either, by the way).:SIB :00hour

"It's quite a tragedy," Giants offensive tackle Kareem McKenzie said.
"That's tough, to lose the two bookends of your offensive line. Man, I've
never heard of that, ever. But you know what? If you've prepared them well,
it shouldn't be that difficult. It's just like changing a spare tire.":SIB

Foster, who followed coach Bobby Petrino from Louisville to the Falcons, is
certainly big enough at 6-foot-7, 338 pounds. Clearly, he wouldn't have been
passed over in the draft by every team, Atlanta included, if there was an
indication he would be ready to start in his sixth pro game.

"I know it will be a large task," Foster said. "We've all seen the Philadelphia game, so we know what we have on our hands."

Ahhh, the Philadelphia game.

Two weeks ago, Osi Umenyiora had a team-record six sacks and the Giants
(3-2) tied the NFL mark by taking down McNabb 12 times in a 16-3 victory
that rekindled memories of Lawrence Taylor terrorizing the other team's
quarterback.

Not that the Falcons (1-4) can devote all their attention to Umenyiora. New
York's other starting end is Michael Strahan, who just happens to be the
NFL's active leader with 133 1/2 sacks.

Strahan has been double-teamed most of the season, opening up things for
Umenyiora and second-stringer Justin Tuck on the other side. The Falcons, of
course, don't have enough blockers to double up on everyone.:142smilie

"We can expect to see a lot of double tight ends, backs that chip, sliding
both ways," Tuck said. "But I mean, lucky for us, it's pick your poison.
You've got Strahan and Kiwi (Mathias Kiwanuka) on one end, me and Osi on the
other."

Harrington is no Vick, and the line has struggled to adapt to Petrino's new
offensive scheme. Atlanta ranks 21st with an average of 91.6 yards and is
still looking for its first 100-yard game of the season.

Asked if he's looking over his shoulder, Harrington said "not a peak" - even
though he's going for the hat trick after losing the starting job in both
Detroit and Miami.

If you had the line @ 2.5 and could get a 7.5, that is a nice middle. However, getting the line at 3.5 and trying for 5 where you only have the number 4?

I used to play tons of middles and they are hardly as profitable as people think.

I like the Giants to win tonight 24-10 or 24-17. GO G-MEN!

YTD - NFL 4-0 +$ 1,928.00

YTD - College 8-11 -$3,356.00

GAME SUMMARY

This game played out exactly as I forethought.

The Falcons came out juiced up and actually looked good in the early going. It didnt take long for the Falcons to fall back into their regular losing ways.

The crowd got alot of boos in . Joey Harrington is not a NFL QB that will ever be able to win consistantly . He has the happy feet and I was surprised he held up the entire game as he took some vicious hits. I think he was sacked 4 times.

Dunn up the middle didnt work again and again and again. Thats just stupid. And Norwood only had 6 carries . wtf.

The receivers for Atlanta were pathetic. Horn and Crumpler included. Dropped balls left and right.

Angelo Hall gets burnt for 2 touchdowns, then he gets one interception and acts like he is the saviour or something. He gives the ball to his mom in the stands. What a joke. Go drive your maserati home MeAngelo.

The New York Giants are a regular NFL team. They play good defense but they will be exposed by the better teams. I was not impressed with the Giants secondary or linebackers.

Could be a future play for me against them.

Eli Manning played well although he is prone to the inopportune interceptions.

The Falcons had no answer for Jacobs and he tankity tanked tanked them on more than a few occasions.

The announcers on ESPN for this game were horrible. I had to turn them off a few times. The skinny guy is a complete asswipe. Jorowski sucks. and the black guy looks bad because of them. Jimmy Kimmel , get out of the booth and stay out you idiot.

The offshore remark was inadvisable and I was very surprised to even hear that subject come up.
The skinny guy says he takes all Jorowskis bets for him.:nono:

PS - I hope you cant read the college YTD.

Nice job KOD - and we get the switch to Leftwich this week

Maybe ATL will try for him more than they did for Joey - tough thing is that he was getting swallowed whole last week but really put the ball on the $$ time and again only to have his guys let him down - certainly this was all part of your analysis

Congrats and gl moving forward, except for tonight on USF ; )
