More wins in October, Pirates or Steelers?

I wonder what the line would be on this wager?

The Pirates are guaranteed only one game and the Steelers will play three October games.

One of the Steelers games is against Baltimore so I would have to put the Steelers in as a favorite prior to the Wild Card baseball game Tuesday.

If the Pirates manage to win that game Tuesday I would move the line significantly in their favor.
