How the f do you that? I mean what time do you go to bed? I've always sucked hardcore at waking up early and now I need to get my fat ass in the gym. My problem is I'll go to bed at 10:30 and my mind races for like 2 hours then I fall into a deep sleep. Anywho I woke up at 5 today only because I couldn't fall asleep for the life of me. I guess I will get my body use to waking up at that time if I keep doing it but man it sure is a pain in the ass to start. Ok rant over but man I'm pooped though the workout was amazing.

Old people like to get up early :0corn

yes we do...

at least some of us have learned..

ya get x amount days in this lifetime..try to get the best out of each and every one of them.

scheduling ones day for a nice and even flow means rising early with a clear head and alert mind....this means no abuse of alcohol or other self-medicators..staying away from false sugars so as not to fuel our bodies w/crapolla..

rising early with the intent of working throughout the day sets the tone for a peaceful nights sleep....we have a plan and we stick to it....mind doesn't have to race all over the cosmic to find direction..we already have it..

now others...either hanging on to days gone by or just not enough days on the planet yet to realize that structure..with a plan brings about peace and tranquility in ones golden years.

thus a peaceful sleep and a productive day..

result....karma purity

and this will help as well..

according to this guy

I think it's a body chemistry thing, I have never been able to sleep in even as a teenager. I have always been an early riser. My siblings on the other hand have the ability so sleep the day away even to this day. Currently hit the rack about 10-10:30PM & up by 3:50AM 6 days week to train. My sleep in day is Sunday and I am usually up by 6AM.

That's my schedule minus about an hour. Early mornings are so peaceful, my favorite time of the day :0074

Morning sex could mean the difference between a good day and a great day :00hour

Gently wake your woman :0008 most likely does not want to be greeted immediately by your penis waving in her face

so take it easy.

Mine too Jack--birds singing-fresh smell at least for some of us.

If you sleep only 5 hours vs 8 you actually gain over a year (456 days) of productive time each decade.

Have this hanging on my wall about 2 feet in front of me--as a reminder

caption under it says--

Message: Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up. It knows it must run faster than the fastest lion or it will be killed...every morning a lion wakes up. It knows it must outrun the slowest gazelle or it will starve to death. It doesn't matter whether you are a lion or a gazelle...when the sun comes up, you'd better be running.
