I watched Lonesome Dove for the first time this weekend.
I highly recommend it if you like westerns.

great, great film........jones and duvall utterly kicked ass.....

tommy lee jones makes a comment about duvall`s clothes being raggedy....duvall answers:"i`m not one to quit on a garment just `cause it`s got a little age on it"....

;) delivered like a pro...written by larry mcmurtry...great,great western....8.9 stars out of 10 at imdb...that`s rare...

Never saw it before and gonna watch it right now.

Very disappointed :(

The cover says 6 hours and I have 2 discs so I figured 3 hours per disc. The first was only 1.5 hours and I popped disc 2 in and it starts way in advance of where disc 1 left off. Netflix only shows it having 2 discs but it obviously needs 4.

FUCK! NOW WHAT? :banghead:

I've never really watched TV during the week prime time. I assume that's when this was playing.

Looks like I'm still not going to see the whole thing.

12 Monkeys rocks
based on the 4 or so times I've seen it (incl. Friday, I think)

Terry Gilliam has done at least 2 beauties.
Aforementioned and Brazil.

Con Air (1997)

Saw it in theaters back when it came out and just watched it again. It'll make 2 hours blow by pretty fast. Good action.

Nicholas Cage
John Cusack
John Malkovich
Ving Rhames

Great movie.

But it seems like if I posted about a fluff movie or fluff TV show like this, I would be subjected to a smart ass comment from you.

Tired of the cliques around here, but still a great movie.

Being from Ala-baaaamah I was taken back by the over use of the southern drawl.

Are we reallly tha-at ba-ad?

After thinking this through, before I went to high school I thought my name was three syllables: Bry - eye - yun.

The Horseman (2008)

:scared

Revenge flick.

Man's daughter turns up dead. Was part of a porn and drug ring. dad takes revenge to everybody that had anything to do with the movie at all from the producer, the actors, the distributors, all of them and it's brutal and violent the things he does to these people. :scared

I'm watching it now and have to look away from it half the time. So, if that's your kinda movie, you'll love this one :scared
