Scott We're thinking of moving to Geo. It'll be a few years but do you know the Augusta area? That's where son and future grandchild are.

were going to let them relocate first and get settled.
then we are going to buy a house on 7-10 acres within 30-45 minutes from them. I want to live on the outskirts country of a city if possible.
I am not leaving my dogs. I will put up fencing when I get there if it is not fenced.
they promise they will not leave for a long time.
I told my wife , if we are there a year and they decide to move again , then I am going wherever I decide to move and she can come or not.
Its kinda stressfull. I was not to happy about this at first. I was talked into it by the group when they were here a few weeks ago. at the time I was holding my 8 month old grandsonl. I think they caught me at a vulnerable time.

I have only been to Augusta on business trips and passing through.
I like the area. It is growing as far as jobs and building goes. Its a good place to raise children.

Weather is about the same all over Georgia. Much better than NY area for sure. Its been in the high 60s last few weeks. Like spring already.
I'd love to help Scott with any questions about North Texas. There probably would be better candidates for Austin, Houston, or San Antonio. best of luck whatever you decide.
