Had a simultaneous close on selling our current house and buying anew house today!

Crazy times!

Same neighborhood just getting a little more space since we added our fourth child. Awesome yard!

I will host a BBQ for the next MadJacks Nashville trip.

With the low interest rates now, we upgraded to fit our growth needs and increased our mortgage less than $100.

We're simple people, so our top two factors were kids walking home from school (wifey) and a yard to host people (me).
