What is scary is believing in big government and a socialist. But that was actually a nice post as you did not call me one evil-minded name. You would think a man with 3 degrees would not have to stoop to such things to get a point across.

What makes you think I believe in either big government or that I'm a socialist? In the contrary, I'm all for decreasing govenment size. I believe that any democratically run country state is directly dependent upon the sum of its citizen's well being. That means we take care of the "tired, the poor, the huddled masses yearning to breathe", when they begin to tire, when they need a hand. I would love to see universal health care for all. Security for the elderly, and sick. I'd be fine if those systems were privately maintained with some sort of legal over sight and transparency.
I also believe in large military.
I don't know why conservatives such as yourself insist that any notion that conflicts with their beliefs is inherently wrong.

I make about 3 times what you do so I'm all for rich people just not greedy rich people that utilize illegal business practices. I'm against racism and bigotry of all kinds. I believe in education for all our citizens as I think an educated American is a stronger citizen, unlike you that prefers the majority remain clueless, I'm for the ethical and compassionate treatment of animals and responsible treatment of our planet. Damn right I believe that women have the right to make choices when it comes to their body, I'm also pro love regardless of gender or sexuality. I believe in liberty and happiness. I believe in the equitable distribution of justice. I believe in treating our elderly and veterans with dignity and respect. I believe in checks and balances. I believe in the American dream. So tell me hedge, what the fuck are you ready to fight about, because I'm rather confident I've already won?
