Just finished troweling down my base coat for this house. Doing four rooms. This one is going to be a skip trowel method with a Palomino, yellow base mix. Then I will marble in a chocolate stain and epoxy PT1 finish for high sheen.

This customer wants all there edges keyed in. They are going to paint as well do I left. The trim in. This gives me the necessary space for the keyway without doing a saw cut. Works great.
