i have 500 on boston to win series and i am hedging. going to play indy big on money line. got to think the reggie factor might influence the refs and tnt certainly prefers indy. reggie should have monster game.

Nope, not gonna buy back one penny of it and try and cut my losses. Looking like is $hit bet but it is not over yet. I think I lost this bet after game 2. No way Boston should have lost that game and they blew it and prob. will lose the series as well. Boston had 2nd chance to make up for it and they lose game 5 @ Boston.

I could have cut my losses in half after Boston was down 2-1 but chose not too. Then Boston tied it up 2-2 with blowout AT Indiana game 4. Could have really cut my losses and pretty much get my money back if Boston wins and lose little if Pacers won but chose not too. I rolled the dice thinking Boston would win game 5 and I came up short.

Boston still can win game 6 and it honestly wouldn't surprise me. Now I def. think Indiana is the favorite to win game 6 but this is one fawked up series. And of course I bet huge on it and prob. on the wrong team. :cursin: Thought I had good read and right matchups. Obviously Tinsley playing game 5 really fawked me. He prob. is the main reason Pacers won game 5. Boston deserves to lose series for blowing game 2 and struggling to beat a depleted Pacer squad. Hats off to Indiana. They are playing like warriors.

I think game 6 will be close game and Boston will play well. I think the X-Factor will be the refs. Refs can be one sided (this is the NBA) and if they are going to side with a team, it will be Indiana @Indiana. Therefore, I don't like my chances, but I still give Boston a fighting chance to make it a 7 game series. I might hedge if the series goes 7 games even though game 7 is at Boston. Boston wasn't suppose to win game 4 and they did. This is a team who steps up when their backs are up against the wall. They lose when they are supposed to win and win when they are supposed to lose. Based on that, you gotta like Boston to have a fighting chance to win tom. night. Vegas has Indiana at -4.5 with $$$ going on Boston. All in all, Boston has a chance and that is all I can ask for. Boston is still the more talented team so that is good news. If by chance Boston plays well tom. night, they should come away with the victory no matter what Pacers do. Unless the refs have a say in it and that is the X-Factor. That is why you DON'T lose freaking game 5 at your place when the series is tied 2-2. Dumb retards. :mj07:

Most likely tom. night at around 10pm eastern you will see 3 crying faces posted from me. :violin:

Irvine 6 months Athens 6 months
with the money heading in bostons direction, and the line still sitting at -4.5, probably has the Celts going on vacation after tonight....

Well, at least the adrenaline was pumping for a little over a week Scott!
It might have cost you a tad, but i'm sure you'll find something in the future to chip the $$ back.

Public is on Indiana tonight and the line went from -4.5 to -4 after I posted. Doesn't mean a whole lot but more bets are coming in on Indiana but bigger wagers are coming in on Boston.

Refs did call a fair game 4 @Indiana but game 3 was one sided. So there is hope the refs will call a fair game. I need Pierce and Davis to come up huge and Boston NEEDS to get off to a fast start. This has been killing them this whole series. Spotting Indiana 10pts won't cut it. Pacers will go into scoring droubts and Celtics clearly have the talent and mismatches to win tonight on the road.

If Boston loses tonight I prob. gonna take long break. Usually what I do when I lose big and this is very big for me. I push push push my winnings until I have big losing day. This might be the big losing day. :scared

2 games in this series Boston has played like crap and Pacers won by 5pts or less. So if Boston plays well they win. Please play well BOSTON!

If Boston wins tonight, and if Boston is 5pt favorites or more in game 7, I think I might put 5k on Indiana +5 and go for the sweet middle. Either break even if Boston wins by more than 5, lose 5k if Pacers win, or win 10k if Boston wins less than 5. GOOOOO CELTICS!

Scott, i wish you the best of luck and if you'd like some reverse karma and a guaranteed victory, I'll bet indy on the ML for more than my usual amount, (guarranty to lose) LOL

 Thanks! Here is why I am "somewhat" confident or at least hopeful. If I didn't wager on this series like I did (since I am now biased towards Boston), I usually pound a ML in this situation. This looks very easy. Indiana at home, game 6, veteran team, great home court advantage, beaten Boston twice on road, Tinsley back, Boston young team, etc etc etc. But to be honest, I wouldn't touch it and I usually bet huge in situations like this one being set up. So that gives me some hope. Don't get me wrong, I feel Pacers have the higher prob. of winning tonight but I don't think i would lay anything on them.

Indiana -200 looks like a real easy winner. Indiana winning game 4 looked real easy in what was supposed to be a somewhat must win game for Pacers.

Why am I getting flashbacks of game 2?

These Celtics are GARBAGE. They have no offense to close out games and they look like they are blowing it again.

Up by 1, 2min. left, Pacer ball, I don't feel confident.

Why does A. Johnson have to score 5 straight pts to cut the 8pt Celtic lead to 3? That sucked for me.

I will be lucky if Celtics win this one. Celtics need to shut out Pacers last 2min. to win because their offense CAN'T function down the stretch.

Thanks.

Of course I couldn't catch break with Davis missing wide open trey to make it 4pt lead with 1min. left. DAMMIT. Just give me this break. A lot of $$$ riding on this one and Celts only have 1pt lead with 1min. left. I was surprised Celts got good shot off.

PLEASE SCORE CELTS!

OMG, these Celtics are a JOKE! They are falling apart and doing everything possible to lose. HOLY $hit. I am fawked.

This game should have been over long time ago with Celtics winning. I can't believe what I am seeing. No matter what Celts do, the Pacers will have chance to either TIE or WIN this game. This is absurd.
