I was just looking out my office window as one of the attorney's (whom I share my building with) clients walked out to her car and proceeded to key the entire side of my beautiful black Audi..........I saw her doing it and ran out and asked her why she keyed my car and she denied it. I got her plate number after using every swear wood in the book and was just ready to call the cops and she called the attorney to apologize and for me to go ahead and get it fixed................yea right. I told the attorney that she would have to pay to have it fixed, rent me a Mercedes and give me in cash that same amount. Just got the estimate $3299 for car repair $1000 for weeks car rental. So this is going to cost her about $9000. It turns out she's got plenty of money but has mental problems and doesn't want the police involved........what a day.

I dunno. Weird story for sure. Wouldn't take much of anything to send Jack a few photos of an 'apparently' scratched Audi, his or not.

The girl with mental problems calls her attorney to 'apologize' after she's caught keying the car right after she's 'caught' by the owner of the car peeping out of the window.

Also, what does 'mental problems' have to do with not wanting the cops involved? Is that a crime? Mental problems?

Requesting a Mercedes, instead of a replacement Audi? Never heard of that one. Dosen't matter about the makes themselves I guess, but as an Audi owner myself for my last 5 cars and the last 12 years, it would never cross my mind to demand a BMW loaner. Or Mercedes. And if I owned a Mercedes I wouldn't demand an Audi.

Also curious about your math. $3299 to paint and $1000 for the rental. =$9000?

Whatever, it's all about entertainment here in a lot of these stories, anyways, although *some* are true.

Good luck.

yeah, the next true story posted on here will probably be the first, but jackson has capitalized on a country where there are a lot of people with a lot of time on their hands and has turned the concept into a good business, kudos for finding that under-represented market of degenerates

The girl with mental problems calls her attorney to 'apologize' after she's caught keying the car right after she's 'caught' by the owner of the car peeping out of the window......THE ATTORNEY IS MY LANDLORD AND IS DOWN THE HALL. I'VE BEEN HER TENNANT FOR 10 YEARS AND SHE IS ALSO MY ATTORNEY.

Also, what does 'mental problems' have to do with not wanting the cops involved? Is that a crime? Mental problems?...SHE DOESNT HAVE A DRIVERS LICENSE

Also curious about your math. $3299 to paint and $1000 for the rental. =$9000? 3299 TIMES 2 PLUS 1000, GUESS THATS $7600.....MY ERROR, MAYBE MORE LIKE 10,000 WITH THE LEGAL FEES, MAYBE MORE.

Umm, no, not kidding.

Cool, I guess?

And? Really has nothing to do with your story.

ONLY LUXURY CARS AVAILABLE WERE jAGS, BENZ AND CADDY, WHAT WOULD YOU TAKE?

So, by your account, you immediately 'told' the attorney that you would have to have a Mercedes? You alreadly knew that the 'usual' luxury fleet of rentals was ' Jags, Benz and Caddys?

Also curious about your math. $3299 to paint and $1000 for the rental. =$9000? 3299 TIMES 2 PLUS 1000, GUESS THATS $7600.....MY ERROR, MAYBE MORE LIKE 10,000 WITH THE LEGAL FEES, MAYBE MORE.

I was under the impression that legal fees wouldn't come into it if she paid, with her having no license and all. But why is it '$3299 x 2?'

Whatever, it's all about entertainment here in a lot of these stories, anyways, although *some* are true.......some true.

Good luck.

GM,
You owe the man some money and an apology.
I do? What has been proven here? There are some photos of ~someone's~ car, with scratches on it. I have no idea whose car that is, do you? I haven't seen any ownership papers, nor is the licence in these photos visible, nor do I have any evidence that Boys even owns an Audi, much less a scratched Audi, or THIS scratched Audi. And I have no evidence of who this woman is who supposedly scratched it.

This story is full of holes and makes no sense at all.

The lawyer is your lawyer, and also your landlord. And also apparently she is this woman's lawyer. So whom exactly is she representing in this dispute, you or the woman? Or both? You're settling this out of court are you not? So then why are legal fees involved? The lawyer is taking the opportunity to profit from this incident and gouge her other client, when she represents both of you?

You say you got her plate number. Why would you do that? You saw her doing it. It's not a moving violation, so her car is not involved. And there is no need to get this info as you not only stood there and watched her doing it, but you were able to go out and confront her, and you knew she was a client of your lawyer/landlord, and this person could identify her.

She called the attorney to apologize?? She's apologizing to her lawyer for keying YOUR car? Why would she do this? She doesn't owe the attorney an apology. It's your car she keyed.

"It turns out she's got plenty of money but has mental problems and doesn't want the police involved" ... Ok, so you're being a nice guy and not involving the police, to save her some headaches. That is really big of you, especially considering the damages you've incurred. Why you'd be doing this woman any favors is beyond me, but that's your choice. But if this is not a police matter, then how do you plan to collect on legal fees? What makes you think she is responsible for paying your legal fees for something settled out of court and not even reported to the police? This makes NO sense at all. NONE.

I'm also rather surprised that her lawyer would relay all of these details to you about her mental health. Sounds like a piss-poor lawyer who doesn't understand the concept of client confidentiality. She's going to go against her own client to collect for you?

"She doesn't have a driver's licence" .... So?? Do you need a driver's licence to key someone's car? This has nothing to do with anything.

On and on and on...none of this makes any sense, AND you haven't provided most of the proof I requested in my earlier message.

GM

thats pretty good coming from someone that was detained in England for a week by the Scotland yard bobbies, and unable to talk his way out of a holding cell in the airport for a week, missing their entire vacation.

On your behalf the keying photos do not look real to me. They are too dark and the white spots look like that white out stuff.

The avatar makes The Boys seem more of a arrogant ass than he probably is.

GM..........send me your fax number, I have the estimate and the AAA of Michigan certficates of insurance on the two Audi's I own. That's all I have right now, the attorney is suppose to be talking to the lady that did the damage sometime today. I will use the police as leverage if she doesnt pay me. Remember my deal is she pays for the repair and the car rental and in addittion I get a check for the amount of the repair, which is $3299. Lets double the wager.

GM........you seem like a smart guy. Here's how confident I am, see what you think about this.

1. Your only a 4 hour drive from me or maybe a hour in a half plane ride. Come and visit me at my office, I will pay all your expenses if I am not being truthful. You will pay if I am, fly or drive.

2. If I am not being truthful I will pay for all your meals and an overnight suite at the Townsend Hotel In Birmingham, probably $400/$500 a night.

3. I will take you to dinner at Players strip Club and buy you dinner and drinks and maybe 5 dances with any chick you want, that's if I'm not being honest.

I don't know what else to offer but that's my offer to you.
