Sioux Falls, SD to Green Bay, WI yesterday. About 8.5 hour drive. The South Dakota portion was horrible, which is what is showed in the video. My ride home Monday could be worse. All Minnesota schools have already been canceled on Monday. Oh well, I get to go to the Niners Packers game....wait for it......box seats!! Go Niners!

Pretty cool but Mr Poon won't like this one bit.

Take some from the game and tailgating. :0074

I want to see what people are wearing.

How "horrible" is the drive, if you feel free to video it?

The roads were dry, what sucked balls was the cross wind. And I'm not 85 years old so videoing and driving is something I can do without crashing.

Curious to see what the tailgating will be like tomorrow. I have a feeling these guys won't let the subzero temps stop them.

I'll be there with my mom. She is so pumped. Probably even more than me.

I think we're going to skip the tailgate this time though. We might stop at Krolls for a drink before we head into the stadium. Not sure. She never ever drinks but while at Packer games we share a few beers.

I am glad that the Packers made the post season. I just wish that the weather wasn't the story of the game. It would be great to be able to enjoy the game and not have to have legitimate concern over peoples safety. She is a great fan but my first priority is that she stays as comfortable as possible.

Yes, I am shocked that the game took so long to sell out. But -60 degrees is no joke.

Go Pack Go.

PocketAces,
Well brother, sorry I don't share your enthusiasm for the packers making thThee playoffs, I do go to sporting events with my mom whenever I'm in town. We've caught a game from every hometown team at least once and an actual Stanley Cup playoff game. She's my favorite date. Cheers brother and have a phenomenal time with mom brother.

Sylvain,
Everybody is safety conscious from their living room, fuck em, keep the videos coming. Looked like there wasn't a soul on the road, or is that just because it's north Dakota? Have a blast brother and if you get a chance say hello to aces. He's a good dude. You guys have that in common.

FDC Cheers my friend. We need to watch a Packer / Bear game together sometime! Let me know if you are ever in Chicago or GB.

I hope we do. I am very realistic about the Packers chances tomorrow. I wish the game was today. I just got done with my chores and it is 30 degrees out. I am sure that 20 years from now I will have interesting memories of this game. But right now I'm wishing it wasn't going to be so crazy cold.

I was a younger, thinner man in those pictures....I need to lose 40 pounds....

It's South Dakota Thanks FDC!

I'm pretty nervous about this game. Those temps are going to change the Niners offense....and no matter what the temps are, Aaron Rodgers is always a threat. Is everyone aware that Carlos Rogers is probably going to miss this game with a strained hamstring? His backup Eric Wright also has an injury. The last thing you want facing Aaron Rodgers is a beat up defensive backfield. This is not an easy game for the Niners and I will not be surprised if the Packers win.

As he stated he is obviously qualified to handle it. The tricky part is when he has to crack a beer and make sure the camera stays in focus. Good thing for cruise control.

On the course!

Everyone who does it thinks that, but simply watching the video shows you are all over the road. (Maybe that's why the poor fucker tailgating you was afraid to pass?) Christ, the white center lines were almost in the center of the camera at the beginning! I guess it's no big deal when visibility is 3 lines, or about 40 feet.

But you lived to tell the tale, and that's all that matters. Now, you can have another "hold my beer" moment in the future!
