Dunno how old your kids are but if you get a chance checkout the Children's Museum downtown. It's the best one I've ever been to and I've been to many.

Unfortunately they keep kicking me out since I'm alone and hangout at the bottom of the slide to 'catch' the kids as they come down. Apparently my homage to Holden Caulfield was considered creepy.

That place is great, has the bar upstairs by the train. Let the kids take a couple more laps while you have another beer.
