Traveled through India on train for the better part of 2 months 5 years ago; thought the touts trying to get you take their taxis/etc. once you exited the train stations were bad - but at least they got you to your destination each and every time albeit at an inflated rate (for 'em domestically - pittance when converted to currencies elsewhere); touting picks? Uh, no - there are NO guarantees/NO locks - and the destination ISN'T assured.
Really more disappointed than anything else in Turc's decision - this 'ME 1st' mentality doesn't help anyone in the end, including the 'ME' (when it more often than not blows up in his/her face).
