Minnesota looks like a decent play. They just got blowen out by Philly, now they return home and play the Bobcats. Redeem themselves after a horrible showing at Philly:shrug:

Wow

Wow

Sorry I didn't have a chance to reply guys, after I locked in my 1st play, I had to go visit my Grandma in the hospital and spent most the day up there. I'm glad I didn't get a chance to add anymore, because it looks like I would've taken it in the teeth with everyone else except maybe Slicer (nice night sir). After last night's debacle, I remembered from last year how tough this week before the All-Star break, is to cap. I haven't even looked at tomorrow, but I will likely take it off and lick my wounds:cry: so I don't try to chase, and hit it hard when they come back after breaK.
The season is a series of ups and downs, we just need more ups by the end of the year.
Good luck tomorrow and see ya on the other side.
:mj06:

and PS--Yes, Grandma is doing better. :mj09:

It seems like I do better on my "gut" plays no matter what the numbers say. Such as my intitial leans with Miami and the Hornets, then the trends and such scared me off. Your 1st instinct is usually right more than it is wrong. Advice for the day. :violin:

Billy> Glad to hear your grandma is doing better, I'm sure myself and alot of the other guys will keep her in our prayers.

Lost my top 2 but swept the bottom 4 and my poor NIT bound Heels at least are making me money in this dreadful year.

Oh and after nearly 2 years of unemployment and going back to school I finally received a job offer today. Making the transition mid-life into a new industry and taking a 40% cut in pay to do it, but long term I'll be better off I think.

Thanks man, I appreciate the thoughts and prayers. She was going in for a "normal" procedure to get a pacemaker put in, but there was some problems with her blood clotting and such. They got that squared away with some meds, and the surgery went well so she seems to be doing well.
Good luck with the career change, it's NEVER too late to try something different. And I personally would take less money at something I halfway enjoy, than vice versa and be miserable.
Best of luck. :00x15

Yeah it been a rough week for most. I took it on the chin all week and just missed several other days. Ill make a note for next year.

Billy - Grandma is in our prayers!

Slice- congrats on the new job. I am on my 3rd career in 4 years so I know what your goin through. I'm not done yet either. Goin back to school starting in May for a sommelier (hoped I spelled that right) program. With that I finally go into a field that I love.

I will say that Denver is to good to pass up tomorrow and possibly Orlando as well.

Hey BB glad to hear Grandma is doing OK, praying for a quick recovery. All the best to you and your family. We'll get all back after the All-Star break.

One of my favorite wines of all time:

Stag's Leap 2004 Cabernet
Ramey 2006 Chardonnay

Tried Caymus and Opus and wasn't as impressed as I was by the 2 above. I could drink Stag's Leap everyday if I could afford the $80/bottle pricetag from the Wine outlets. Typically $150+ in restaurants.

Slice,

There are MANY small label producers that are far better than any of the wines you mentioned above for half the price. I lived in SF for 7 years and spent many summers heading up to Napa for the weekend and running through the valley.

Red Zinfandel
Brown Estate
D Cubed

Cabernet
Showket
Mi Sueno
Longfellow
Phelan
Richard Perry
Prisoner - by orin swift (blend)

Pinot Noir
Capiaux (not many know about this wine)
Ken Wright
