as you all know, but obviously I watch a lot of NBA games. Here is my list of "looks" and why:
MIAMI OVER 194
HEAT suffered their first loss last night at home vs the SUNS. They had controlled most of the game and then the SUN took over and ran them out. Well, the WIZ KIDS are a similar bunch now that AGENT ZERO is back and playing well. DeShaun, Mike Miller, Caron Butler, and others can all shoot the 3. With them at home, I like the WIZ to jump all over the HEAT early on and get them running. May lead to an Under play at the half, depending on the score.
IND/NY Under 113 FH & 223.5
Murphy is NOT expected to play tonight. Add to that Granger still gimpy, I don't like the PACERS chances of running with NY. There only chance is to keep it slowed down, which will get a boost with NATE THE SKATE out. I figure this game goes to the half around 105 or so, so a FH Under play is in order and Under for the game for sure.
BOS UNDER whatever...
Nobody is DEEing it like these guys. As mentioned, until they give you a reason to do otherwise, count on them to keep it low scoring, and its not like MINN is an offensive juggernaut!
LAKERS OVER 102 FH
This game could get real chippy... Artest returns, Ariza shows off his "RING", who knows. Rematch of last year's playoffs and I think they go at it early on and then LAKERS DEE it up 2H and win this one.
Dallas +2.5 FH
Also love this play with the way last night's game ended. DAL suddenly finding their groove after the home opening loss to WASH. Now they've beaten three good teams in a row (YES, I consider the CLIPPERS a good team WHEN they get Griffin back), 2 in LA then one at home. DAL should carry the mojo over to BOURBON STREET tonight!
