HOT DAMN you're quixt draw McGraw, :142smilie

like you I have taken a peek, :00hour

Last 4 out of 5 games LSU has wins over Miss. by
a field goal or less. Having said that, I wouldn't bet
against your team come hell or high water :mj07:

LSU on a collision course with OU or UO :Yep:

Really like the Kentucky line.

Do you think it will move a lot? I see it going to +7 or 6 even

LSU has to take Ole Miss' best shot
, Arky's best shot and UGA/Vols in
the title game. Still plenty of meat
left on that bone;)

I like Ole Miss off their bye, especially with all the LSU injuries. Not sure the status of LB Beckwith, who missed last night recovering from minor surgery, or OT Stewart, who went down last night. Stewart's replacement is a true frosh(Barksdale), who is a 5 star(maybe 4) DT from Michigan. He obviously has very little experience playing on this side of the ball. I assume Orgeron is aware of this, so I expect him to be exploited if Stewart can't go.

Although the favorites got a little revenge this week (UGA, Tenn, UK and Fla), the underdogs had been covering at close to 60% in SEC head to heads all year.

UGA has obviously come on strong in recent weeks, but I think its a magical sort of year for the boys in Lexington.....like them a lot now that they're back in that underdog role.

And, it will be interesting to see what that UM-OSU line will be......the line released for big games way back in July had UM -7, but a lot has happened since then.....UM was +4 in Ann Arbor two years ago vs the Bucks, I figure the line will be quite similar.

Lastly, love seeing ya on my alma mater, Indiana.....we blew our chances at sewing up a bowl yesterday and we need this one to have any chance......alas, we've only topped Purdue once in the last 13 years.

GL Cie....as always, I'll be checking out this thread throughout the week :weed:

Cie, UM is at +3.

I am taking the week off to avoid any further bloodletting but I do like the play.

If Henne and Hart are playing at near 100%, I expect Mich to win this game.

BTW, it has been my experience that cashing tickets becomes difficult at this stage of the season. Your opinions are apreciated and I hope to see you back for bowl season.

I will be back for the bowls.

Have some good news and bad news for ya. You guys are losing Les, but he's going to leave most, if not all, of his staff behind.

Oh man, does that mean DeBord, Moeller and Gittleson are staying.....ay carumba

I may be crazy, but I still like Ron English's potential as a DC......he's still learning, and until Saturday had liked the way he had turned the rebuilt D around.

This'll be my last post on this here since I don't want to hijack Cie's thread....but Gittleson is said to be retiring and I would expect Moeller and Debord to be back though their roles may be shuffled.

I am extremely confident that LSU will be able to make an upgrade at HC from Les Miles. At this point, I believe LSU is a top 5 job, especially when you look at talent pool and lack of competition in state. I just don't want it to hurt recruiting this year. LSU is in the hunt for a couple of biggies, and it would suck to lose out given that the class appears less than stellar to date.

What if Petrino goes to Auburn because we all know that if A&M offers Tubs is gone. Who then will be your head coach? O do you like any favorites this week? I am leaning on just about every game that you are, Love the Miss game as you know that is kind of like your only rival its a weird series.

I think Petrino stays at least another year in the NFL. I would like Petrino, and preferred him to Miles all along. It appears to me that given the choice between sharing AL recruits w/ Bama and living in the middle of nowhere, would be less appealing than owning Louisiana recruits and living in BR. I might be wrong and am curious what others think

No fav leans at the moment, although Arky looks decent to me.

I don't doubt for a second LSU will make a great hire. LSU is a top 5 job no doubt, but I'd say it's less desirable than Michigan's due to job security and scheduling factors. You can lose 3-4 games perpetually at Michigan and keep your job. At LSU you get fired for this. Not to mention the Big Ten presents an easier slate most years.

I just cant believe Michigan is being so dumb to hire Forrest. From everything I hear it is true though.

Also hear Spurrier wants LSU if they want him this time. Also Tuberville is willing to try yet another SEC West team.
