TJBELL, your problem should be fixed. Let me know.

If not, we'll keep plugging away.

Jack: I actually came on a few minutes ago without my TJBELL logged in. Had to log in to post! That was FAST!!!!!

Tried the delete cookies, etc etc. after my 1st post to see if the speed was any different as a not logged in vs logged in.

After I posted the above, it took about 3-4 seconds. Seems like it worked FASTER when I was a lurker rather than a logged in member.

Hope that helps!!!

it is a little slower for members that are logged in because the members have more features turned on than the lurkers do.

yyz, the site was never down but the forums were turned off for about 8 hours.

yup...the big test is tomorrow morning.

thanks

I have dsl and the only real problems before were on the crunch time, but it does seem quicker so far. Also when I click on the live lines it is pretty quick but to click on say ncaaf to get to best bettor it is still somewhat slow, but very liveable. Everything else so far is nice smooth.

Good Job Jack

Go to tools at the top of the screen, then internet options, then files. When the little box pops up check that too. Cookies are next to files.

Using DSL. Can't tell the difference in speed right now (10:40 PM CST). Will let give another feedback after Sunday afternoon.

Wow!! I hardly ever sign on Saturday or Sunday mornings with my dial up, but it loaded really quick for me this morning.

Great improvement.
