Smuphy I live in PHX but am 4 blks from Paradise Valley (the stars live there) Look people I gave this story out as what is happening and it could happen to you. No I did NOT put out the story of the Jackazz who shot my other male Dane w/ a BB gun and put him to death, and as for you cow dog, as you all call her (that was her baby) I pulled BB's out of her bk. Yes I went to court over this in 2002 and have been fighting it ever since but the judge declared that...GET THIS (as my neighbor said they were barking but my bkyard is under survelience w/camera) It is OK for the neighbor to shoot my dog or squirt them w/water if he can't sleep during the day if they bark. Even though all of my neighbors testified against this jackazz neighbor My wife and I were put on probation. Did the judge look at the tapes???? NO ....but when shown the pics of my dogs she threw them on the floor and stated "Never bring any of this into my court again".....Now see why I am so pissed and upset w/ the judiciary system. Thats what brought my anger on. My wife and I lived a happy life until the jackazz moved in and started shooting my dogs and my good friend who lived in the rent house moved out and they rented to some Germans who threaten my family and dogs....Am I pissed Hell yes. I have been to court over 7 x's in the passed 5 yrs fighting this kind of crap. People say well then move.....You dumbazz's is my responce....whould you move your children from a sexual defender if he made threats to be w/your child????? NO you would not you would ask the judge to remove his azz and put him in jail. Is this a nice neighborhood??? Yes or is it? One jackazz shoots my dogs and now a neighbor threatens us.....THIS time I took action into my own hands and will do so from now on. This whole action of the jackazz neighbor cost my family nearly 15,000 and we are the ones who got put on probation when this neighbor shot my dog to death and hurt the (cow) great dane. Sorry but all the judges can kiss my azz as I am here to protect what is mine and if I get arrested...so be it...PS my wife just found a hard clay substance with a hole drilled in it nx to the wall...looks like a firecracker would easily slide into it.....What the fuk...How sad

I'm with you. Ok, what's the best thing that could possibly come out of making it escalate more? Ok, so you shoot them to protect and be the big protector. Enjoy prison. Because with your scenario, you most certainly would wind up there.

the idea of having a firearm for home protection is not to antagonize your neighbors

I sleep well next to my .45 knowing that if I wake up in the middle of the night with someone ripping off my place or assaulting my family that I can stop it

I am teaching my little sister (who lives alone) how to handle a handgun. The first thing I told her to do if someone breaks into her apartment is to go hide in a closet with her cell phone and the gun, call 911, and point the gun at the closet door until she is safe

It is OVER Thank GOD 5 Females are in the house now....2 moms and 3 cheerleaders from the Washington State football tm. Looks like peace is in the neighborhood. I don't know since ASU kicked WSU azz's on sat they may be pissed LOL.
