Take a bowl and throw in some broccoli, cauliflower, and sliced red bell peppers. Throw some extra virgin olive oil on it with crushed black pepper, powdered garlic and salt. Mix it around and put on a oven plate at 350 for about 30 minutes. Man this stuff is good. I like mine on the well done side so u might have to go a little more. I was never a fan of cauliflower till i ate it this way. I like broccoli and cauliflower cut as close to the tree tops as i can get it without them falling apart. I think out of all of this i like the Broc the most. Don't over saturate the Ex Virgin. ummm umm. Sometimes the cauliflower taste like scallops.

In The Simpsons, Homer is seen to like Shake n' Bake. When working as a food critic he claims Marge's cooking only has two moves, shake and bake, to which Marge replies "You love Shake n' Bake, you used to put it in your coffee."
