It is amazing how quickly things change.

Just purchased a new place yesterday for son and I, as I have decided after 4+ years to end a relationship. I will close on July 16th.

I did get out of a single family home, and opted for a Townhome. 1577sq feet finished, a little over 1000sq ft unfinished. Anyone handy??? :SIB LOL!

Alright, that is enough change for me in the last 7 years, time to settle. Sad part is, she loved my son, as did he to her. But always complained I put my son before her.... duh!!! Son will always come first, single dad.... remember!!! :0008

No need for women right how, but Vinnie you got the summer to find me a hot mama, that would b a great fit for dogface!!!

Hey, dog, maybe get my e-mail from Jack, and on one of the days I'm working in the Cities, I'll try to stop by and give you a townhouse-warming present. I am far from "handy" on finishing your unfinished areas, but will at least stop by and hang for a bit.

Sounds like you have things moving in the right direction, and I'd love to give you and the boy some local support!
