thanks Doughboy (Steve).... those guys still have a tough road ahead of 'em!!!! they have basically been away from home for over a month now.... they got home yesterday afternoon from Indiana, and leave at midnight tonight for PA after spending the whole afternoon at a fundraising picnic at the park...... hope they are able to sleep on planes.....LOL

from what i've seen so far with the games on ESPN, they should fair pretty well in pool play... HI may give them trouble if they defeat Idaho on Monday night.

oh, and i learned today that their star pitcher LOVES animals and wears a great big ol' stud earring in his ear....LOL (he was the sweetest lil kid)

where are they flying into? hopefully they fly into pit or bwi then take one of those prop shuttles to hagerstown, md. if not, they have a longer drive than the plane ride.

honestly Jack... i didn't even talk to any coaches today other than to find out about getting a hat for eric's dad..... we spent the whole afternoon with the kids and the kittens (one of which is down to 8 lives now) ... all ryan could tell me was that the limo picks them up at the park at midnight...he didn't even know where they were flying OUT of let alone where they were flying IN to....LOL

all the info i got today i got from kids, and they get a limo to an airport *somewhere*, fly to *somewhere*, and get a limo to Williamsport from there. my guess is that they will sleep thru ALL of it after the 24 hours they just had!!!!

Sorry we missed the cookout, Mama, but we got in late last night from being in Milwaukee all weekend. Didn't see any of Friday nights game, so I hope to see this weekends ones. Go NWLL!!!
