New Years Day, Sports Style......

The extended family is heading over New Yews Day for our annual get together....Today is organizing the house for 20 plus, prepping the lunch menu.....



17 lbs of Pork Loin to make into Chinese Boneless Spare Ribs, I'm really excited about making these....Going with this recipe:

11 Lb Brisket going in to oven around midnight, rubbing it down soon.....

The family is bring the fillers around the meal, it should be a blast......We each buy 5-$1 scratch offs (sign the back) and do a trivia game.....Answer the question right pull a ticket, a lot of fun....Football on in the background
