Curious what my fellow Madjackers are gonna have to munch while watching football today.
My buddy and I are starting up the smoker around 4am this morning to put on a brisket and ribs.
About 12 hours of slow cookin some dead animal flesh

27 pounds lost so far but today forget the diet.

Every time I go to Lambeau with my mom we HAVE to eat a jumbo dog for luck. Well, my old man is on the mend and they are coming over for the game.

He's able to have a few beers now so the menu today is simple. Lambeau dogs with mom and my first beer with my dad in WAY too long.

Pot roast, seared on all sides and then put in the slow cooker on top of a whole bunch of potatoes for 10 hours on low.


With all the juice for gravy, I'll make a bunch of egg noodles and kick back for the late game.



Wife has some friends coming over. They'll gossip on one side and I'll be cheering for Mendenhall to get more fantasy points than Heath Miller.
