i'm going to try & separate my sides & totals record this year....i'll stop it if it gets too tedious...

totals...4-2

think cleve. will be trying to run the ball on the bengal defense to keep the pressure off their new qb & to keep the ball away from cin...

some trends....

is 0-10 under as divisional road favorite..

marvin lewis is 3-10 under in sep't. games as the cin. coach..

1-7 under in last 8 home games vs. cin....

1-10 under after being outrushed by 75 or more yards last game over the last 3 seasons..

10-25 under after allowing 4 or less yards/play in their previous game since 1992....

1-8 under away after a loss by 3 or less points since 1992...

i'm looking for an old fashioned football game here, where defenses dominate....

moneyline record is.....41-5 over the last 10 seasons.....89.1%....

over the last 3 seasons the situation's record is....8-0.....

over the last 5 seasons the situation's record is.....21-0.....

it doesn't seem like no has found their offense yet & i don't think they will against a veteran tb defense....& tb's offense is a grind it out type of offense...

also tb is 26-4 under in the first two weeks of the season since 1992....

Since the '04 season, the UNDER has been the right side in the second week of action in 30 of the 48 games played with one push. That figure amounts to a winning percentage of 64%. Not too shabby.

Gambling on point spreads in the NFL is a challenge. It's a much harder way to make money than betting on the college game. The latter lends itself to constant opportunities due to lack of competition from so many of the 119 FBS schools. The National Football League, on the other hand, lives on parity, and the old adage of - any team can be beaten on any given Sunday - holds true more often than not. Having the chance to win over 60% of the time without spending more than two minutes getting your wagers in is a sure fire way to beat the game.

the only thing that scares me about this play is sd's 2ndary...don't know if they will be able to handle ne's passing attack..
