i just read that west coast teams traveling east this year are....2-10 ats...here is the breakdown....

zona (0-2)
sf (0-1)
seattle (0-2)
rams (0-1)
sd (0-1)
denver (0-1)
kc (1-2)
oak (1-0)

i didn't realize that st. louis & kansas city are considered west coast teams....but it still is an interesting trend...

hit my only play last week to raise my record in the nfl to 12-8.

there is really nothing i like on the card today, but will make 2 plays.....

first the early game....

minn.-13....

normally i wouldn't lay some many points in an nfl game, but since this is a divisional rivalry game, i think minn.will come to play.

i think last week's game showed that detroit packed it in for the year & it looks like they have tuned their coach out. they are dead last in total defense allowing 429 ypg & 5ypr & on offense they are 28th in the league in scoring. on the other hand i think last week's game showed that minn has started to hit their stride...they have a solid running attack averaging about 125 yds per game & their defense allows 68ypg on the ground.

imo minn will take control of this game & coast to easy win over a dispirited detroit team...

will be back shortly for the later game...

denver-3....

no real reason other than a hunch...

play on - favorites (denver) - after 4 consecutive games where they forced 1 or less turnovers.

over the last 10 seasons the ats record is....41-16......71.9%

i couldn`t agree more...the last two weeks it`s been unbelievably tough to find something that i can get next to......

2 games tempt me...tampa and philly...

i have always liked philly much better on the road,and i love their pass rush vs the frisco sieve-like o`line....but without westbrook,it`s tough layin` wood....

tampa seems to be flying under the radar and i expect garcia to play well...

but,i think i`ll have to sit it out or just tease something small to have a little action...

books have hung some difficult lines...
