Tied in 91st in the Hilton now. 5.5 out of first. Disappointing midseason run killed me - and I couldn't seem to get ANY breaks. I got the Vikes (who should have won despite all the nonsense of that game), but mostly got backdoored all season. I had to be 2-10 in games within 2 points. Not looking great, but pull off a couple of 4-1 weeks and I could still cash

Jord,

Can I ask for your insights on Washington. Every week you bet on Washington and against the colts. Just wondering why that is. Thanks as always for all you do.

Lol, it sure seems like it, right?

I actually won playing against the Redskins a few weeks ago vs the Vikings. I lost 2 weeks ago against Philly, in a game they had a great shot to cover at the end. I didn't play them 2 weeks ago. Last week, I lost with the Giants, in a game that was very winnable and RG actually looked good in. That was the key for me this week... RG3 looks good again, the Chiefs are in a tough spot. The Chiefs are still getting too much line respect bc of their gaudy record. Teams rarely "give up" half as much as people account for. I think the Skins have some decent efforts left in the tank. It's a good offense for their pathetic D to not get exposed versus. This is a typical, everybody finally "throw in the towel" on the Skins game, and they finally win. Then everybody says, "Fuck the Skins... I give up, I can never win betting this team other way." lol

I do pretty much fade the Colts every week at this point... Although, don't forget I LOVED them in their win over the Broncos ;) The Colts are just way overvalued, IMO. They are NOT a good football team. Luck is a stud and has pretty much single-handily given them a few covers that they didn't "deserve' by any means. Cinn is solid and should win this by 2TDs. I plan on fading the Colts the rest of the season and playoffs though, yeah. Hopefully, they look good for a game or 2 (not this one), so they can keep the perception that they are good, and I can crush against them in the playoffs (just like last year).

Cheers

Next season you should join the mock Hilton I am in. We have roughly 70 participants. Several from this site are in it. Last year an MJer won it. This season myself and another MJer are currently 3rd and 4th. Fee is $220 per entry. Top 4 or 5 cash. Can't recall offhand.

I'm unaware what the Hilton Supercontest standings look like right now, but our contest is fairly competitive. Our leaderboard stands in at 41.5, 40.5, 39, 38.5. Would love to get another quality handicapper like yourself in it.

Hope you finish strong and end up in the $. :toast:

Cin is a habitually clumsy underachieving team. Like Indy they've had more than the usual number of gifts. Indy is an overachiever though. With the obvious conclusion Cincy has more talent.

Overachieving teams you look for opportunities to play ml.

Underachieving teams you try to go against taking points.

The fates conspired to give the game at Houston to Indy. The game at Az was a joke. I know Indy was down 17 to 6 at the half to Tenn. Was the comeback earned or another gift? Anyone know? If it was a fluke the value of Indy as a ml dog has likely evaporated.

Cincy has 3w laying 3 or more and 3 losses. The wins were at home, the losses on the rd.

I suspect no value on the Indy side, and maybe some on the Cincy side. I'd still like to hear from someone who watched the game at Tenn.

I watched the Indy/Tenn game. Tenn play calling was inexplicably horrible. They didn't run a real play all half. IT was mind boggling. And Luck got just enough breaks to make the win happen. Indy is NOT a good team. There is no value in them. They will not beat Cinn on the road.

Wow!!! RG3 played "PERFECT" against the Giants an they still lost....I think people will see the Chiefs loosing 3 in a row.

KC is better than this team in every aspect and Reid knows the Skins inside and out.....Like the 49ers play (defintely thought oir was hoping for a better line and think we may get one close to game time) and looking at CIncy play......I am been fading Washington now and it is paying off in spaded....

KC Defense will be all over the skins and their weak secondary and KC can run the ball better than the Giants and 49ers.....I am be a total homer but LOVING KC in this spot.:shrug: You very well may be right and be a super sharp play....but boy I dont see it happening.

Wasnt playing this game tonight....but put a few bucks on it....was leaning to Hou :facepalm::facepalm: as well and saw you play it...so figured I would ride your coat tails with yah

Good luck buddy!!
