briefly, there's this heavy board that you stand on. You get weighed and it checks your balance then calculates your BMI and your 'fitness' age. It then has u set goals, and u see if u get better.
For training it has categories
Yoga-I don't do that much, but it will work u out.
Strength games- I don't do these much either; but they will wear u out
Aerobics- this has running, hula hoop (very fun), step aerobics (blast), advanced step aerobics (blast), and boxing which is fun as well.
Balance Games- ski jumping, ski and snowboard slalom, tightrope, balance bubble, penguin fishing
at my house we mainly do the step aerobics and the hula hoop along with some of the balance games. I know some of the descriptions above sound :s8: but really, it's fun to do and laugh at the other person.
