damn, you had a royal straight flush draw on that last hand. did you need the king on the river to win it? what did the enemy have?

nevermind, i just realized the flop is the other way around and now i remember you telling me about the final hand. he had J9 or something and you called his all in after thinking for awhile and in the hopes he didn't hold an ace.

congrats!

Pics are great--thanks for posting. I think it would be interesting to hear which were most memorable hands both Jack and Ctown had during there journey.

dtb, THIS IS DEFINITELY MY MOST MEMORABLE HAND.

Still in the 1st 2 hours of the tournament. Johnny Chan, Jennifer Tilly, Shannon Elizabeth, and a guy named Tuna that all the big players seemed to know at my table.

Tuna on the Button in seat one, other guy involved in this hand is first to act in seat 4 and I'm in seat 10.

Other guy starts out with moderate raise, I re-raise with pocket Kings and Tuna re-raises me. Other goes Allin, I think for a second and just know one of these guys probably has AA, but I can't get away from my KK, so I call and then Tuna looks at his cards and says before betting these still look like aces to me and he calls.

We have other guy with QQ with a heart, me with KK with a heart and AA no heart.

Flop comes heart heart Ace, now Tuna feeling real good with trip Aces and I'm on the way out the door.

Turn comes heart, but believe it or not I'm so involved in feeling bad about his AAA that I don't notice a runner flush possibility and you guest it

RIVER HEART AND I TAKE POT WITH Kh, SMALL SIDE POT WENT TO OTHER GUY WITH Qh and Tuna went home with trip Aces.

Guys at the table had to tell me I won, absolutely unbelievable SUCK OUT.

"and a guy named Tuna that all the big players seemed to know at my table."

That would be--- Hans "Tuna" Lund---.He finished
2nd inthe Main event in 1990 behind "Mansour Matloubi" who caught one of 2 remaining ten's on the river to beat "Tuna".I was standing right there when that went down and "Tuna" went in to shock. He spent the next half hour walking the streets outside Binion's Horseshoe talking to himself before he finally came back inside to collect his 2nd place prize money. He rivered me and caught a flush to beat my flopped straight in a WSOP event in the late eighty's to knock me out in 52nd place in a 444 field of a $1,000 buy-in Limit Hold Em event where the top 27 got paid.

Congrats to both you guy's on your great showing this year, enjoyed the write ups and pic's very much.

they are....ctown told me that he will start charging fees for him to make an appearance to any event.

he even told me that a supermarket contacted him after his win & offered him an appearance gig where he will be signing autographs & shaking hands at the next opening of this supermarket.

but dtb,we were very fortunate in meeting jack & ctown before they became famous.

now my wife tells her friends that this summer she shook hands with clint eastwood, ctown, & jack. her friends are in awe.
