Kansas City area for who knows how long....
Ctown at different table, no celebrites sitting with him now.

He's got about $10,400. Average stack now is $4936.

"I just got run of good cards, good pots". He said one was memorable. Some guy had only pair of nines, but with queen and 10 overcards he kept betting. Ctown had a queen in hole. "maybe he thought I was bluffing, but still, most at the table couldn't believe the guy went all in with pair of nines."

Event started with 362 folks, now down to 110.

at level 5, dinner break is next (about one hour)

total purse is $494,130. First place will pay $153, 730 and third will pay $39,530.

just finished dinner with ctown

just finished dinner with ctown

He bought a small pot in last hand before break.

He was about where he was at earlier, but then won a bit bigger pot in 3rd hand after break--he's got about $11,500 now.

Average stack is $9050, 60 people left.

Tilly is out, so is Chan. Shannon is still alive, but a bit short stacked (in more ways than one). Only big gun left I recognize is Barry Greenstein.

There are two WSOP bracelet winners at Ctown's table. We know because they are wearing them! and have egos to match---they talk a lot, josh with floor people and such.

Officials are a lot less uptight about spectators now and we can stand right by the tables.

The main even across the room, on the same side. A bigger crowd there! They are now announcing names of each person getting put out of the main event.

In ctown's 1500 buy-in, you finish in the money if you get to #39. Places 28-39 win $1977. Places 19-27 get $2965.

Second place gets $79,061. 8th place gets $14, 824.

Ctown sez he hasn't been getting many cards lately, just surviving.

but still doing well!
