I think it has a lot to do with the quick climate change here, justin.... it seemed to get cold and dry here overnight! my sinuses always act up this time of year..

Thankfully, ive yet to have a nosebleed this season, but when i lived in New Mexico i'd get a couple per week.... (near 0% humidity there :SIB )

I would give the humidifier thing a try... either that or dont snort the 8-ball so quickly. :142smilie

Well... I didn't have one today so i guess thats a good sign.

I grabbed some of that saline spray and i'm going to start using it.

I started getting them when we moved out here to Colorado. Always get them in Vegas. Just a little if I scratch my nose or something. So dry here in the mountains it's crazy. I got some of that saline nose spray and it helps a lot. Worst time of year for it!

you are prolly one of those jackoffs that uses one of those white box fans at night cause it helps u fall asleep. I bet ur wife even takes them on vacation :mj07: :mj07: :mj07:

worth a try instead of all the gadgets u guys are offereing. By the way lately my one nostrils keeps clogging up for some reason and now i think i know what u go thru cause this sucks. Out of nowhere its been like two months. im almost tempted to get the Afrin out. Can't beat this thing. Wonder if i caught it in one of ur threads. I can see why u guys get addicted to that shit cause this stuffed up feelling blows.

I got a minor nosebleed Saturday while I was yelling for Bama.... I feel bad saying that...

but I just picked up a saline nosespray called Ocean, I read some reviews online and apparently it really works.

I will see if this does the trick, if not, I will visit a Dr.

I called a Dr. I play golf with and he pretty much stated everything that has been mentioned in this thread...

so once again, thanks guys and I hope this spray helps.

This might be right on. Try taking vitamin supplements daily. Esp a couple multi for a while before you do anything else. It might end the problem.
