With my current projects, I'm trying not to be over anybody's head--hoping to be able to communicate some worthwhile ideas in a down-to-earth, understandable fashion. Sort of why I'm playing around with these "value" problems and other related things. Tried some ethics-related stuff in the off-season, but nevermind on my progress with that.
Currently back to the gambling-related obsessions so might as well give it a shot. Don't know that I could win any contests but have had enough success to at least warrant some consideration. I also believe that the numbers can be worked in certain ways to negate the inevitable house-edge. For baseball, at least. NFL, too, but that seems to take a hell of a lot more work.
Best I grab one last brew and try to get 4 or 5 hours of sleep.
