Don't believe Obama has ever taken position or voted on internet gambling--only stance I am aware of he has taken on gambling issue was voting no on allowing casino's while in Illinois senate and adamantly campaigning against it.

--which would lead me to believe his stance on Internet gambling would follow same venue.
