Just a reminder
Well regarding the image there's not much we can discern... are the cops breaking up a fight between these two or is it a melee with much more action out of frame? I am guessing the former due to the grip tatoo guy has on stripe sock guy. Either seems to be a standard crime scene or the cops would be wearing helmets, shields, and wielding nightsticks instead of cameras.
I'm sure the PUNK on the right is just an INNOCENT bystander, he just has a Scarf covering his face.

Back in 1986 a buddy of mine and I
were hanging out in Newport Beach, CA
on the 4th of July.
It was a hell of party, creat cruise, meeting chicks,drinking beer, just shooting the shit with people.
Then the Chaos ensued ! Some fuck sticks started lighting cherry bombs, ground flowers, firecracker and bottle rockets.
We did an about face to avoid the direction the shit was coming from, 10 paces later, he takes a bottle rocket in the chest, it drops to his feet and he kicks it. The over zealous Newport PD just don't grab him, it was a 2 man take down.
He is asking, "What did I do" The pigs answer is, "we saw you throw the bottle rocket" These knuckle dragging roid heads have him in such a tight lock, he can't breath or talk.
So I explain what happened, then I get grabbed by the Newport KGB, and told to shut the fuck up or you are next ass hole. All of this while he is applying an illegal choke hold on me !
Hmmm, how many of my rights were violated for being a victim of some dick shooting off a bottle rocket?
I keep my gob shut, because I:
A) have to call his dad to bail him out
B) I need to call home for a ride.
The final result of this in court, dismissed, not enough evidence, and the sub human roid head cops were livid. Uhhhh because the judge and their watch commander delivered a Serious No Shitter to these mental midgets !
