Arkansas St +2 1/2 (2 units):sadwave: RedWolves at home as a small dog, I'll bite, ULL got turnover city handed to them last wk vs Doughty & the Hilltoppers, the atmosphere in Jonesboro will be a lil different and the ASU defense is much better than WK, ULL has a quality QB in Broadway but the RedWolves also have a very good QB and ASU has been road tested as well, facing Missouri and playing relatively well vs the Tigers. This line has barely moved since it opened, ASU is rested, ULL played last Tuesday, I'll side with home team in this tv tilt!! ASU 37 ULL 31.

More plays up later today or tomorrow.

Oct 22-26

CENTRAL FLORIDA -22 1/2 (1 unit) CF off huge win at UL LW but hands down they are 4 touches better than U Conn

HOUSTON +7 1/2 (3 units) Cougars & RU should be a shoot out type game, UH has some great weapons but they don't stop anyone from scoring, evidenced vs BYU last wk, a game they should have won. RU same boat this year, they beat ARK at home and this AAC tilt should be very entertaining, I have UH winning by 9

NEBRASKA -10 1/2 (4 units) TMart may or may not be back, if I were Bo I would sit his ass and let the kid play who's carried them the last 2 wks. Minnesota off huge win vs NW, I think second half is a let down for Gophers and rested Bugeaters should win by 17.

LOUISVILLE -20 (1 unit) UL smartin a bit and embarassed by CF last wk on TV, now Charlie should have his team a bit more focused going into Tampa, however, in this series, it's average less than double digits in margins of victory and USF is primed to make this game a highlight of their season, but overall, 2nd half of game should go to UL with Teddy getting some long TDs in. UL 42 USF 20

WAKE FOREST +22 (1 unit) Miami barely escaped UNC last wk and having sanctions finally given out, they have to be a bit relaxed, Wake on the other hand has a way of making a game of it, especially getting 3 touches. MF 35 WF 17

TEXAS A&M -18 (1 unit) Johnny football brought to earth LW by AU, Vandy drubs Bulldogs at home, this rebound effect game and back 2 back home games for A&M, Johnny goes crazy and Dores "D" will have no answers in this one, A&M by 21, A&M 56 Vandy 35

VIRGINIA +10 (1 unit) Tech off easy win at home vs Sillycuse last wk, now face UVA squad who lost to Duke LW and are playing b2b home games, the Cavs "D" will be up for this tilt and try for SU upset vs Yellowjackets, GT 27 VA 20.

NAVY +6 (1 unit) Non-conf tilt, Pitt playing well of late, Navy offensively should give Pitt a nice run for their money, Pitt by 4, Pitt 27 Navy 23

OHIO -25 (1 unit) Ohio easy blowout win LW now face a horrible M-O club who is without a win and looking for a new HFC, OHIO would like nothing better than to blowout M-O at home. OH 42 MO 7

SMU -11 (2 units) Ponies offensively a bit better on paper and at home, Temple really not stopping anyone from scoring, SMU 37 Temple 21

MARYLAND +14 (1 unit) Clemson smartin from embarassing loss at home in Death Valley to FSU now go on the road with their legs between their tails and play a club they have put away in the past but is playing better and a double digit home doggy in the ACC, not so kind this year, Clemson wins by 7, 28-21.

VIRGINIA TECH -13 1/2 (1 unit) Duke played a decent defensive team LW in UVA, but VT much better defensively and are making things happen on "D" as well, Tech in the mode to win at home, LY was 41-20 VT, it should be closer to 35-17 this time.

TULANE +3 1/2 (1 unit) Tulsa going backwards and quickly, Tulane playing well at home and can put up points, Tulane 35 Tulsa 31

USC -7 (1 unit) Trojans off the ND game they had a chance to win, now face PAC12 foe in Utes who are hot and cold and will face a decent Trojan "D", Kessler is getting more confidence, this one in So Cal, USC should win by 10, USC 27 Utah 17

UL MONROE -12 (1 unit) ULM much better at home and on paper, Ga State can be dangerous as DD dogs but not in Monroe, ULM 35 GS 14

TEXAS STATE +1 1/2 (1 unit) Texas St at home getting 1 1/2 to So Alabama club that doesn't stop anyone from scoring, something has to give and I'll take the small home dog here, TSU 28 USA 24

IDAHO +41 (2 units) Ole Miss off huge win vs LSU, hangover effect here, starters won't be left out too long, Idaho can score points and keep this to 28 points, Ole Miss 42 Idaho 14

FLORIDA ATLANTIC +24 1/2 (2 units) Auburn, another hangover team, beat A&M on the rd, come back home and have all the confidence and relaxation going on, FAU Owls with Pelini coaching will come out of the gate hard after AU and keep this to 17-21 pts, Auburn 34 FA 17.

OHIO ST -14 (1 unit) Penn St with young squad and on the road, they played horrible at Indiana, the atmosphere in the Horeshoe may be a bit much for PSU to stick around, Ohio St by 21.

COLORADO +15 (1 unit) Buffs improving a lil over last year, McIntyre should have team focused here and keep this one around 10 pts. AZ 34 CU 24

OREGON ST +4 1/2 (1 unit) Beavers go for home win here, Stanford has had their number, however OSU playing very well under Mannion at the QB spot and Beavers can put up points, don't think Stanford "D" will be able to stop OSU, Stanford 30 OSU 27.

Last added plays since lines moved in my favor:

Fla St -31 1/2 (4 units) Opened -28 1/2, yeah, let down spot for Noles and Mitchell back for Wolfpack, however, I don't see Wolfpack "D" stopping the big WRS, Jameis or Wilder in this tilt and it's a revenge situation, Noles win by 34

Iowa -3 1/2 (4 units) Somehow, someway, Hawkeyes have done a decent job offensively and defensively this year, even with the hiccup vs N Ill who they typically have trouble with, NW is banged up and not playing well on "D", I have Hawkeyes winning by 6, 24-18

San Jose -6 1/2 (4 units) This could be the shootout of the week, I like Fales at QB, Wyoming has come to earth since their great showing vs Nebraska and just feel the travel and home cooking will have San Joey here, 35-24

Kansas St -11 (4 units) WVU off tough home game, they played well at Okie U, but now go to the midwest again and play the Cats in a tough environment, feel KSU "D" stops WVU, K ST 27 WV 10

Missouri -2 1/2 (4 units) 3rd straight tough SEC opponent, Missouri has blended in well in it's new conference and Hauck is a highly regarded QB and done well in Franklin's place, the difference in this game will be home field, it will be cooler than what SC is used to and Shaw is out, BU QB is still a bit gimp as well and home field addy for Tigers should be the difference here, Mizzou 31 SC 24

Bowling Green -3 1/2 (4 units) Tough MAC matchup, Fluellen is a ?? for Rockets, Owens has been hot n cold once again this year and Rockets "D" just ain't stopping anyone, evidenced by their 1 pt narrow win last weekend, BG "D" and homefield, revenge factor helps them here, BG 28 Tol 20

TEXAS +2 1/2 (4 units) Horny toads lacking killer instinct this year, no offensive juggernauts to help them and Longhorns since getting the media cut downs on Mack and company, they've plalyed better no matter who is at QB!! Texas 27 TCU 24

Kentucky +12 1/2 (2 units) The last 2 in the series decided by 13 pts, average line was 10 so why did this line open less than 10? Sure Vegas wants their 50/50 split, but public 60% on Miss St, I would suspect it to be higher, but Big Blue hasn't played all that bad under first year HC Stoops, losing by 7 at S Car and only 17 at Fla. Miss St isn't in the same class this year, barely beating a good MAC club by 1 at home in BG and blowing out Troy but almost everyone has scored on Troy in some fashion, I feel that the Cats might get some turnover breaks tonight and keep this game to 10 pts or get the SU upset on the road. I know some MSU backers ain't gonna like it, but it's just my opinion. MSU 27 KY 24

Stated this in last wk's wrapup thread for my picks:

Totals go 8-6 for profit once again!!

I may have a Total of the Year coming up this week, I couldn't pull the trigger on it last week, just something weren't right in a few games, then of course Wazoo State decides to keep airing it out down 40 points to the Ducks  and that game goes over easy!!

Looking at A&M, Nebraska and Boise St totals strongly, they haven't been posted yet, but thinking A&M will be around 72, Nebraska around 58 and Boise at around 61 vs BYU. We shall see though!!

GL this wk!
:0003

WOW was I off on these totals, A&M is 70 1/2 or was, Nebraska at 52, BYU 62 1/2. Hmmm....

Tonight taking:

UNDER 61 1/2 Boise/BYU (1 unit) Last yrs game was 7-6, no Southwick in this tilt, Taysom Hill is a running maching QB, "D" for BYU shows up on occasion, they had a big battle LW vs Houston Cougs away and Boise not really racking up big points, they do have a decent running game which BYU knows all about. This is a set up for a low scoring game and the suckers are taking the "OVER". I don't see many points in this one, the weather is chillier and it's a night game so the ball will be slick, dropped passes and turnover city I'm afraid will be going on all night. BYU 17 Boise 9.
