Officially 9 months smoke free today

Andy You certainly didn't appear to be heavysmoker to me. I can't remember you lighting buy a few during golf. I used to smoke one a hole.

I have never had urge to smoke one since bout month after I quit.
I certainly like the absence of stale smoke-burnt spots-expense etc
--but from physical perspective as I've said before all immediate consequences have been negative--however over time no doubt they will pay dividends.

eventually....... Its amazing how many years went by and how many tomorrows never came for me until I finally got the job done. I'd still like to smoke once in a while but I would never go back.
I feel bad when I see/hear someone coughing their lungs out....and have little doubt that it would be me had I not quit...must be about 8 or 9 years now...Anyway...Great Job!!!!
