I think Lettetman is a brilliant comedian. Some of his stand up is comically genius but I think he is limited by the show. Still think he's a very witty guy.
Doing a great imitatioin of the angry old man who is disenchanted with everything. Funny thing is...it's not funny.
100% this. His audience is getting older and probably not staying up to watch him as much anymore. This generation is more into guys like Fallon and still think fart jokes are funny. They don't want to have to think to understand a joke.
Letterman is a legend.

i`m not really very fond of any of the current hosts...maybe we older dogs were spoiled by carson...
watch kimmel if i`m really bored...used to catch conan(but only when he had trimph the i.c.d. on...that was one funny m.f.`er:0002 )......
