Oklahoma is like a buddy you invite to your New Year's Eve party every year. You know they are going to get shitfaced drunk, piss themselves and pass out by 10PM, but you invite them anyway.

the NCAA can step in and forbid teams from stockpiling talent....

Pay the kids to go play all over the country in different colleges and spread the talent pool out.

That way 5 stars would not wait behind 5 stars and they could promote their image and brand without waiting on the Juniors and Seniors to move on .

That way especially the defensive talent would be shared.
