the "D" in Claritin D or any other allergy type medicine is Pseudoephedrine, and it has the side effect of dysuria (hard to piss) sometimes and especially if you already have BPH. There are actually quite a few meds that do this. I would say the number one class of medications for making it hard to pee are narcotics. Even something as simple as a Darvocet or Ultram will make it harder for you to pee.

I'm having this weird problem lately of having to pee a lot at night?? I'm talking 2 or 3 trips to the toilet in the dead of my sleep, and we're not talking a few dribbles... This is like half a liter or more. weird... hope it stops soon, because I sleep crappy anyway. :sadwave:

that`s the beginning of bph.....i was worried i wasn`t peeing enough and i dropped over a litre in the last 12 hours....


and it feels good...
