Where else can you ask for a withdrawl at 1 a.m. and have it in less than an hour? Not that I really needed the money that fast or anything, but it sure surprised me when I checked my account before I went to bed.

2) have their customer service reps be more pleasant on the phone and not sound like theyre miserable to be working and taking your call
then they would certainly have EASILY the premier book on the net. everything else about that book is great. but those 2 drawbacks annoy me.

Really like the book - but G is right on with one thing, I could do without the attitude when I call them up. Always seems like my questions are a real inconvenience.
But Nick is right - those payouts are ultra fast, and when it comes down to it that's most important to me.

Customer service isn't the greatest but what I like is that if I am away from a TV or other way to get scores I can call them up and get the status of my bet very easily. Prop lines are high, but I can handle 20 cent baseball lines. I pay 20 cents on hockey, basketball and football so it is no big deal. If you shop around you will always find some lines at 20 cent books that are better than the lines at 10 cent books, anyway.

would like to see the 20 cent bases line drop but when it comes to being paid or juice i'll take the pay part everytime. after the aces gold debacle a while back i will not leave this book. have been paid everytime when they said i would, more than i can say about other shops except pinnacle. i usually deal with customer service during am hours and really have never had a problem. english is broken sometimes but i can live with that. do wish that service was better when placing a bet over the phone sometimes hard to understand what the line is and so on.

I've done business with a few other offshores.....but I wont do business again with anyone other than Olympic. They have treated me very good......and when I've asked for the payout....its been as quick as the deposit.

It is true that on lines where Henry has no opinion you see things like you mentioned where it is -155/+135 at Greek or CRIS and -150/+140 at Pinnacle. In those cases, yes, Pinnacle is the place to play on either side. In my opinion more often than not you will see one side where there is a big edge playing with Pinnacle and the other side where there is either no advantage or a very small advantage. Now, you tell me how far you'll get playing those sides where Pinnacle gives you a big edge compared to the other books.

I think Nick makes a very important point. Pinnacle is a great book and they are one of my top two, but they are also the sharpest book out there.
