Boy i have heard a democrats insult my intelligence as in Smurph, some so called Centrist as in Kosar and of course the misguided right. Last night on Bill Mahre the panel was arguing on why we are in Iraq. Of course the republican woman was feeding the regular bullshit but the number one guy on our planet who was the terror czar for many years said i quote, "maybe we are over there fighting for Halliburton aka war profiteerss'" Maybe you guys who feel a need to insult me should dig a little deeper in your research before you throw out insults trying to look smarter than you actually are. From day one posting here i said this is why we are there and we don't give two shits about those Iraqi people. I think i will take Richard Clarkes version before i will take someone trying to act bright by slinging mud at someone who puts up facts to suppport his post. When you know the history of this Bush family this is all rather simple to see thru and when you can't be able to do this you will vote for a wreck of a war.

The people who need to know know, the majority of people in your neck of the woods will never get it if it was right in front of their faces. Which it is by the way. I said from day one we are mostly their for the war profiteers along with the black gold of course. 15 billion missing and counting. Why leave when you can steal like the thieves that they are?

first, no one cares what you say or said. Second, that is a wholly unoriginal thought. Third, I never said anything about selling freedom; I would agree that's bullchit. Fourth, you're still an idiot loser on dialup. Later, putz!

thanks for the kind words pistol pete. Now go do what that other fellow (in a different thread) asked you to do and go milk your cow. He also noted what a tough guy you seem to be behind a computer.

1st/ People care what he says. Maher has a top rated HBO show to respond to. Sponge is a little crazed, but so are most of the people who participate in this type of forum. Americans elected a self admitted moron who can't string 2 sentences together to the most powerful position on the planet.
2nd/ The world knows that Oil is the sole purpose that the US is there and that Cheney/Halliburton has robbed this country of all it's worth.
3rd/ The US is developing and building a PERMANENT military presence in Iraq.
4th/ Your grandchildren are collateral for the money being printed now to pay for the prosecution of this debacle. They couldn't pack up and leave if they wanted to. So there
Sponge, you need to lighten up or GW's gonna getcha Monday. Sometimes exasperation makes us type things we don't mean to get a point across. By the time this thread gets to page 3 , they'll be talking about Disneyland

I saw Maher too last night and almost got choked up as to what could have been had John Kerry been elected instead of this dip shit and his cadre a pedophiles, crooks, shower towel snappers and draft dodgers.
Been stayin' out of these discussions and hangin' out with my Jewish friends as the token Anti-Semite in their midst.
Perhaps later in the year i'll come back and we can double team the 3 eyed ,non fluoridated water drinking, trailer trash.

I get most of my information from this website, so I'm not used to this type of outside-the-box thinking - Who is Halliburton?

Hammer you know what im not a politician but John Kerry is. How is it he couldn't see past this fountain of bullshit Bush and his team has pulled off. Also for him to say last night about the need to attack early (in politics)was comical. I don't want a guy like this leading us either. Dean once said about Kerry that maybe he needs to have a little foresight. He knows this family is crooked but he went with these shady pricks.

The Democratic party is currently a total joke as far as running out Presidential nominees and also that spaz DNC chairman Dean.

Gore in 2000 was, I guess, a natural choice since he was the sitting VP, but he decided to tell Clinton he didn't want his help and it cost him the election. Period. Forget hanging chads, Katherine Harris, and all the other bullshit. He lost because he told Bubba to stay home.

Then in 2004, they present us with this elitist New England guy who talks down to everybody. The republicans did their usual dirty tricks with the swift boat campaign, but come on. I still consider it a minor miracle that it took a desperate move to get the gay marriage crap on the Ohio ballot to secure Bush's re-election. It should have been a landslide. Wartime president. Weak opponent. But no, it came down to the redneck homophobes(ironic, huh sponge) in southern Ohio.

Now, the Dems have the same retreads probably running in 2008. Gore, Kerry and Edwards as 2-4. And Hillary of course as the frontrunner.

DOES ANY NORMAL, FRESH PERSON IN THAT PARTY NOT WANT TO RUN?

It's a sickening state of affairs in Washington.

Its the company our wonderful vice President use to run before he became vice president. They get no bid contracts of billions of dollars that we pay them. On top of that they are continuously caught time and time again stealing money on top of the massive money they make. Our money. Their subsidiary's also get caught stealing. This company under Cheney was caught doing business with Iran when we in fact had sanctions against them. Only a piece of shit would do something like that. Also every time the democrats wanted to hold hearings about these thieves they got slapped down. To me this would be called conservative thinking. Wanting to know where and how our money is being spent. Out of the two parties their is only one conservative and liberal party and its the democrats. Calling these republicans conservative is like calling Jenna Jameson the girl next store.

Bobby was being sarcastic, and i'm sure he knows 10x more about Haliburton as you.

There have been abuses by Haliburton, for sure, but they are not the reason we are in Iraq.

Kerry was at least a better choice

Kerry was at least a better choice

and we wd not be in the situation we are now in.
In my opinion this Iraq thing has changed the course of history and George in all his stupidity is responsible for us being under threat as never before.
I agree a lot with what u said Kosar Dems dont have
Clinton like candidates these days but tell me if u had known what Mr. Bush was going to do to this country would u still have voted for him over Kerry......be honest...........
Every clear thinking person from Bush Sr, Colin Powell, Gen Shinseki and other generals, Scowcroft, Baker etc all said this wd be the likely outcome and they knew it back in 1991...but Bush, Cheney..and yes the Israeli lobby pushed for it and with a nit wit like George they got it.......................And dont tell me Wolfowitz Pearle and Kissinger are Irishmen.

I voted for Kerry, not sure why you think I didn't. My point was that if they had put up a decent candidate.....

In 2004, I had already seen what Bush had 'done to this country' in Iraq and I would have literally voted for anybody against him.

You're preaching to the choir about Iraq. I guess you haven't read many of my posts.

First off Kosar i thought he could be being sarcastic but i figured he wouldn't be the only one to read this thread. Second here you go again trying to explain to me how much another poster knows than me. Third could u kindly tell me why we are in IraQ? I would love to hear what you have to say since the number one guy on terror agrees with me. Please tell me genuis why are we there?. They never did a thing to us. They had nothing to do with 9-11. Saddam was contain like a little school girl and had no weapons of mass destruction. Help me here okay or get a group of your buddies that all know sooooo much more than me.

Sponge - just check out a few of the Iraq threads. Kosar has explained his view on Iraq more often and in more detail than anyone. There is absolutely no reason for him to continue to repeat himself all the time. And by the way, his view is pretty much the same as yours on that issue.

As for me "insulting" your intelligence. I don't believe I did that, but I apologize if it came across that way. I stand by my view that you are a jackass, however. That said, it sounds like we are on the same side of most issues. Such is life and such is politics.:)

Let me ask you another question okay? Is it because Fox news told you Dean was a mean man you have these bad thoughts about him? What has Dean done or said for you to have this horrible opinion of him? I will tell you what it was so i think i can help you here. When he was winning the primary's the little scream he spouted out (from enjoyment)which Fox smeared all over their corrupt station, (along with others) made u come up with this brilliant theory that he was a Sapz? Did u ever think he is tired of the lies a child should recognize which guys like you can't, and it frustrates him greatly? It is absolutely sickening that people like you just can't find it in your thick head to actually listen to what he is saying but instead listen to what others say about him.

Smurph i don't want to scuffle with you or Kosar but when i have to repeatedly time and time againchallange my intellect on this subject im not gonna sit there and let the two of you guys insult me. Kosar said i post more misinformationg than some guy named Mansion. As for his Iraq views? I can't say i have read many but when guys who should know what is going on say the same thing as me im pretty sure im right. Now as for your Jackass statement i like to know how you have come up with this theory and maybe i can work on it. Is it because i pasted a few wrong post about you mistakenly? Look if we are arguing about something like cars and you two attack me i would play dead because i don't know anything about cars. I won't sit there and take a ass whupping when in fact i was right six years ago when i stated this war is a complete scam.
